Eye to Eye is Fresh Eye Gallery’s annual collaborative exhibit. In 2025, we are celebrating the generative energy of cooperating artists by focusing on a relatively new field in contemporary art: installation. The Irish Museum of Modern Art defines installation as, “... a range of arts practice which involves the installation or configuration of objects in a space, where the totality of objects and space comprise the artwork.”
For this show, teams of artists have worked together to create four original works of installation art. You can read more about each piece on the following pages. Each team brings a unique combination of expertise to their installation project, and we're excited for viewers to experience the gallery space in a whole new way!
Teams were organized based on their artistic practice, interests, and goals for the project. Each team includes artists represented by Fresh Eye Arts, a progressive art studio based in the Twin Cities metro area.
